Buyer requests - Not being able to chat with buyers

What is the reason that we are not able to ask questions to buyers in the buyer requests page?

Well, it's not really a place where you discuss the order with your buyer. It's more of a place where a buyer wants sellers to contact them with their work and tell them how they can help with the buyer's project. If the buyer likes your prospect and idea, he'll send you a message and place an order.

The thing is many times the buyers do not explain the requirements well. This might not be a problem for absolute professional sellers as they could overcome most of the challenges, i.e. the professionals do not need to know the specifications clearly at the time of ordering. However, junior software developers for instance need to know the details well to be able to decide if they can achieve the task.

So ask questions in your offer. Or just don't bid on those Requests.
