Question
willthevoiceman
When I first heard about Promoted Gigs, I thought it would be a good idea to invest in it long enough to get at least a little bit of traffic until I land my first client and order. But then, after reading more about promoted gigs, I came away thinking that this sounds like a marketing campaign called Pay Per Click. And from what I remember about PPC, you pay anytime somebody clicks on your site or ad. But that sounds like a way to lose a lot of money and go broke quickly. So now I am leery about promoted gigs. So my question is, are promoted gigs Fiverr's version of Pay Per Click? And is it worth investing in or should I avoid it like the plague? Inquiring mind wants to know.
