My rating still remained as n/a

I know if I don't get rating in 60 days positive ratings will show n/a. But I complete an order with rating, still showing positive rating n/a. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

If you only recently got a review (and that is the only one within the past 60 days) then I'd wait 24 hours. It appears that the fiverr stats update once a day. If it still isn't updating then perhaps try checking on the app / another browser and see if it still shows the same.

I am waiting 19 hours but still showing n/a. Thank you so much for your reply maybe I should wait more time.
