i can not add my business card in fiverr. help!!

hey fiverr
i can not add my business card in fiverr. and get this error (i sent error message picture)
what should i do? i need to add my business card in fiverr to pay and get invoice.
my card was not active so i gone to the bank and get activition code and pin number . and i activate it.
why i get this error?

Unless there is an issue with Fiverr's payment gateway, then this is likely an issue with your card or your bank. There is probably not much we can do to help you. If you are outside the U.S it might be worth checking that you card is setup for international or online payments. Contact your bank and explain the situation and see if they can help
