Withdrawal Disabled

My withdrawal is disabled from last 2 months without any prior notice. I tried to open tickets with Fiverr customer support but no one is replying from last 2 months. I've also tried to contact on Twitter but no response just copy-paste robotic answers that someone from support will reach me shortly but it never happened. Now, I'm unable to withdraw my hard earned money which is the bread and butter for me and my family.

Is there anyone who had faced the same issue before? and how it got resolved? Any other way to contact support ?

The last activity of one ticket says 2 hours ago, did they not reply even once?

Can anyone tell me please why fiverr authority restrict seller from money withdraw? What's the actual reason behind this?

In last 5 months I have heard this problem from some sellers and they don't even know what's wrong with them.
