I never saw any issues because of stopping promotion.

Fiverr gig promotion is working with boost features. If you stop it, it will act as regular/usual way.

yes there are high chances of getting orders after promoting your gig but it isn't 100% applicable as there are various other factors too. 
I got 2 orders last month through gig promotion feature so I suggest utilizing it 🙂

• Your earnings are more than $20,000.

Fulfilling above requirements only makes you a nominee for TRS.

Although you complete these requirements. It never assures that you will become a TRS.

Because it is done manually after thorough examination about the gigs and the seller.

The best option is delivering good service and being patient after completing the main requirements.

Nobody knows sadly. Meeting those requirements does nothing, other than makes you eligible for it. But there's something else that is required too. I've met those requirements for 8 or so years, and I'm still level 2 seller.
