I'd look into getting a professional gig thumbnail designed. The one you have isn't very eye-catching and doesn't say a lot about the services you offer. 

Another thing you can do to increase your conversions and stand out is having a professional gig video. You can make one yourself with your phone, but make sure you have good lighting and that you're recording in a place with no echo. Also, film in landscape, not portrait. Dress nicely - think job interview attire. 

Your gig description is already great, so nothing to complain about there.
