For send offer on buyer request at first you need read & understand buyer requirements properly. Now if you think you are able to complete this work then Explain about your work & work experience. Ensure the buyer you will do it perfectly by alluding her requirement. You can also offer her extra opportunity.

How to send Fiverr Buyer Rest. 

1. Make sure you have optimize and best gig . If you have 1 or 2 gig then, create 7 gig . 

Then Click on More - Then Click on Buyer Request. -- Then see the real buyer after that click on Send Offer -- Select a gig -- after that, write your job letter.
