So yesterday i got 1 order installing SSL and POINT a domain to a new ip

 

I loged in to his teamviewer and i did the first step point his domain to the new ip, then we proceeded to install the SSL certificate which was ok as well, he then said (sorry i have to go and disconnected me) after around 20~ minutes he asked me to cancel the order he said i (broke his server) ^^

 

Anyway i accepted it because it was late here and i am someone who get angry really quick so better to accept it..

 

Now my competition rate is below 90% will it ever go up again?

you can improve it with future order completions.

Upon each order completed, your completion rate will increase.
Completion rate calculates with all the orders completed and canceled within last 60 days. So after 60 days, this cancellation will not affect your completion rate. And it will 100 again after 60 days, if no other orders get canceled.
