If you get the instructions already (full), and worked on that then you can initiate the delivery.

If you didn't get the details yet, then you can contact fiverr support for assistance with cancellation. It will not affect your completion score.

If you initiate the delivery, write in details to the buyer that why you initiated the delivery and also will be available to make any changes when he will return and asks.
It will give a positive impression and also providing that support will build a good relationship with your buyers and increase your opportunity to get repeated orders.

in case the work is not completed, delivering like this will count as misuse and will get you banned. trying to extend the delivery time or talking to support is best option rather than risk losing your account.
