Buyer Not Replying

Question

I got an order and talked to this buyer on the day he put up the order. He has not been online ever since. I sent him the samples but he has not replied. Now the delivery is late because of the buyer. I sent him a request for time extension but he hasn't been online so he isn't replying to that also. What do I do?

It will be better to have a workflow were you don’t rely on buyers to reply in time. 
mid you have all information then complete your order according to your gig description and send it with deliver button. From there your client can choose from your samples and request a revision if they need to
