Can a seller reuse his Payoneer account in the new account?

Hi Everyone, 

I'm Alvi. 

Last month, my family member have got email that his account permanently disabled. Now, question is that, Can he reuse the Payoneer account in the new Fiverr account? Thank you.

He can not. And he is not allowed to create a “new” account. Sooner or later fiverr will detect it and will block all his “new” accounts.
