I have a question: 

Fiverr ID craete my name and use  my photo. problem is, I am under 18 years old. So I don't have an id card. Now can I verify with my father's id card. ?

ans is  yes, Then do I need to change the name and profile of my fiverr id?

How long would it take you to get an ID card, or other form of valid ID? Your account might be locked during that time, but there have been several under-eighteen Sellers that have reported no problems reactivating their accounts, once they've gotten their IDs. Probably should contact support first, let them know you're waiting on your ID.

I think you're not able to changes your Fiverr name, If Fiverr will tell you verify your account then you can just touch on Support!

Does this question really makes sense to you? The obvious question is simple. No. 

Also, read the TOS before anything. It seems you need a bit more reading before start offering your services.
