As long as the source explicitly states that it can be used copyright-free for commercial and non-commercial uses, then it would be okay. Even then, I would consider contacting the website just to make sure.

Also, if your gigs are for finding influencers and promoting products, why would you need music and videos?

As long as your gig has NOTHING to do with that kind of content, and you have permission (some state 'free for use with accreditation').

Yes you can use but it will be much better if you create custom one.

You Use that Copy right free content but make sure it is truly copy right free. My Suggestion would be if possible  not use that.
