Buyer paid for gig but order doesn't show

Hello. The client made the payment ot fiverr and had clicked onto the offer. Yet I don’t see any order in my priority orders or orders list. Is this a bug? does the buyer have to pay again? he showed me receipts as well that he paid but I didn’t receive an order. He contacted customer support as well. Can anyone please help me
