Hello, today a buyer directly ordered me without sending me any messages. He didn’t provide me any requirements as well. So the order is showing incomplete. Will it create any problem with my account? I have messaged him to provide me the requirements but he is not replying. What should I do now?

The moment he submit the requirements the order will show “in progress” and the countdown starts.

What should I do now?

Right now, you don’t have to do anything. The order will just sit there (with absolutely no affect on your profile/stats) until the buyer submits their requirements.
