Profile pic and gig image

Hello everyone ! hopefully all are well. My profile picture and my gig has been denied, can I use my portrait picture of that profile picture, and can I use my previous gig image which gig has been remove ?

actually fiverr remove my profile pic, then I create it portrait from that pic

That’s why I was asking was your profile pic, if it was a picture that violates the ToS then making a portrait might still get it removed
