Don’t you see promoted gigs tab in your menus? or in the promoted gigs section you don’t see any of your gigs?

But in real-life practice, I saw level 2 sellers get promoted option on seller dashboard menu bar.

Oh alright, Fiverr does not release new features to all the users at once. That happens batch-wise and gradually. Some users got it already some don’t. You might expect to get it in the near future.
