Basically at a certain time (based on your location), buyer requests will appear. You can place your offer there, that is you can bid for the job posted by clients. Best of luck!

Okay. Thanks for replying. So buyers request will come for everyone or does Buyer just sends the request to his favorite freelancer? I mean, since I am new, how would a buyer know that I can do this task since I won’t be coming in the top freelancers!
