My Fiverr Account response rate is 50%. What is happening with this? The problem if this is reduced? How do I increase it?

Check everyday your message spam box. And when you response Asap buyer message then it will increase

The last message I received was as follows. “is not accepting messages at this time”

What is the reason for that? Why is that?
