Gradual decrease of "delivered on time"

hi,
I’m facing a situation on “delivered on time”, its keep getting decreased by 1% day by day even though I don’t have any late order, is this normal? it concerns me so much. thank you

As a Buyer, I don’t look at those stats.

I’m more interested in whether or not the Seller has the skills for the task and can produce good quality product.

I know that quality takes time as I’m also a Seller.

Don’t get hung up on numbers.

Focus on the service you provide and the skills you have.

yes I always do my best to provide a good service but without ranking, potential messages keep getting reduced and even promoting on social media did not affect in the new ranking algorithms on the platform, anyway thank you for the reply 🙂

Most Stats are calculated on a 60 day average so as one job drops off (or a new one gets added), the numbers change.
