Not getting any order after demotion

Hi there, I’m level 1 seller. I was demoted month back to new seller and now I’m back to level 1. Since then I’m not getting even a single query , 0 orders since then. My clicks have been reduced to max 3 min 0. I’m worried. Please let me know what em doing wrong ?

Fiverr says that their algorithm is based on the performance and being demoted means that your performance wasn’t great and therefore you are probably not placed the same in the search algorithm
