Can anyone tell me Why my earning is not according to custom order?

You could ask CS and they’d have access to all the info. If that $30 is from the order that just completed that says you earned $4, I’d contact CS about it.

Normally the amount you earn from an order should be the order price - 20% (except when you have tips).

Is it a job you’ve just completed, or an older job? I know in some cases Fiverr “deducts” earnings from past, completed jobs if you’re facing a current deficit, such as a submitted, paid job being cancelled for some reason (plagiarism, incomplete, etc.) after the fact. If they find, for example, you did something naughty on a $20 job paid weeks ago after you’d gotten your money for it, and don’t have enough cleared in your account right now to “cover” that CS-cancelled $20 job now, they’ll chip away at other legitimate earnings waiting to be paid in order to make themselves whole, accounting-wise.
