Buyer placed the order and not responding

A buyer has placed the order, without discussing the requirements and the price. The order has started. I asked her the requirements, and told her that the price varies accordingly, and that is written in the gig description. She told me the requirements and now is not coming back to talk about the cost. I have messaged her 2 times, she comes online, sees it and then gets offline.

The price that she has placed order on is the lowest in the gig, and the work she requires isn’t of that price.
What should I do now? Time of the order is passing…

if you have a lot of time for doing it. You can wait for your buyer. Otherwise, you can message Fiverr on the help desk. They will cancel your order without any problem.

It’s better complete the jon and deliver on time.sometimes buyer not responding on time.but you will do the job ontime and help for your account
