Hi, do I have to send an offer to every buyer’s request? What if I’m not interested in that particular job because of personal reasons? If I simply remove the request, would that affect my ratings? I just need to know.

No, you don’t. Reply only to the ones that are suitable.

There’s no evidence to suggest that ignoring BRs affects your profile in any way. And logically, that makes sense. Fiverr doesn’t want to encourage sellers to send low quality responses to requests they can’t fulfil.

If you are good at writing good cover letter and have convince power than you can easily win job by buyer request.
