Upgrade in chat system

Hi, I have been on Fiverr for a little while, and I am grateful for the platform. Although, the chat system doesn’t make communication with clients so easy. I want to suggest that the Fiverr chat platform should support calls and also make it possible to quote one’s message.

This upgrade will make communication easier, which in turn will help we doers satisfy customers better.

I am in support of quoting messages. Sometimes chats get out of hand and i have to scroll up to get the full discussion
