CS said it was third party intellectual property rights.

Did you deliver something that is not yours or you don’t have permission or license to use it?

If not, I would bet on this reason.

  1. General information -> Paid promotion can never be organic!
  2. You guarantee service that is out of your control! (YouTube can pull down the views anytime, YouTube can ban the account anytime, etc)
  3. Your service is based on clicking groups “trick”, right? In case you get order on Fiverr, you make another order somewhere else and people start clicking like crazy, make fake comments, make fake likes and whatever. Is it right?

Read this from Community Standards.

Misleading

Fake engagement and traffic

Do not post, offer or ask for:

  • Followers, subscribers, fans or views on social media platforms.
  • Fake engagement on any platform.

Promise a service outcome which is not in your control

In certain instances, sellers may be tempted to promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control. For example, guaranteeing to restore your Amazon account or promising an exact amount of viewers for a Youtube video by its digital promotion. Please refrain from promising outcomes that are not in your control because it misleads buyers.

Also,

"If you want to viral your yout-ube video or do you want to so much engagement you have to most follow yo_utube roles. SEO can maintain all you-tube roles, So you should yout_ube "
