Paypal withdraw "i can't get my money "

hi everyone i had 8$ on fiverr and this is my first time working on it so i tried to withdraw it to paypal but the money removed from fiverr and i didn’t receive anything in paypal account because they send me that the paypal in egypt don’t support withdraw so how can i get my money
