How can I edit my gig without it losing its position on search?

What areas of a gig can I edit without it effecting search result? I like editing my gig constantly to improve it but recently I noticed it started to go down on search results, I just got it back up but I dont want that to happen again. Thanks.

firstly dont edit too much, just 2 time on month or less
or just edit then delivery an order to keep your rank stable
