blavaro Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 No, there are just two communication channels available to Fiverr Users (PROs might have more).It is either Submit a Request on Help & Support page https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new or email support@fiverr.com.Well, CS have declared longer response time before. As far as I know it may take about 10 days nowadays.There are a few reasons for longer response time. One is the capacity that is low due to pandemic situation at the moment.
