Gig Video thumbnail problem

I’m new in fiverr. Recently I created a gig on my account with a video. After accept the video, i’m trying to set thumbnail as per fiverr direction, but when set it says something went wrong , please try again in few seconds

Same. Although I successfully updated thumbnail few days ago. I guess there is some server problem or bug error
