and my account closed by fiverr team.
Today, I received a message “Misuse of Personal Contact Information”
but I not sent any personal information.
Now how can I activate my account?

Please stop it. You are spamming again even though you got restricted for spamming.

As I told you on other thread you can easily check if the person got their account back by searching their username on fiverr.
