Fiverr Cs Takes more than 4 working days to reply me

Good day,

For the past 34 working days, I sent a message to Fiverr support and they are yet to respond to my request. Is this how long it takes now for someone’s message to be answered.

Their estimation is 24-48 hours currently. But for me it took about 13 days to get a response last time I contacted them. It’s likely that there’s tons more users now and ticket amounts have grown like crazy because of it.

They also seem to read tickets faster and want to complete them faster, as an important part of my ticket was unread and the consequences could have been bad.
