Extra Bonus Payments to Pay to Seller

I am a new Fivver Buyer. I have purchased telemarketing services which I am paying the seller by the hour. I would like to also pay a production bonus if they reach a certain production level in addition to the hourly fee I have paid. In order to pay the production bonus, if they earn it, would I just ask them to send me a new bill through Fivver to then make the payment?
