peridotdotdot
I’m going to bend against the grain here and say not to bend a little! I’ve worked customer service too, and when you give an inch, people expect a mile - and not just once, but repeatedly; this is something any self-respecting employee in the CSR field will say after any decent amount of time working it. sheergenius
Reply to @peridotdotdot: You absolutely correct, I agree, some customer’s will and some will not. Bending does not work in every situation, I meant mainly bend for your loyal customers. thanks for adding this

peridotdotdot
Reply to @sheergenius: For loyal customers, I agree. I think once you establish a sort of trust with a buyer, then a little more give never hurts; in fact, sometimes it can be pretty rewarding to see someone extremely satisfied with what you’ve done for them!
