The question is if I visit revolution center in behalf of my order to cancle the order with mutual agreement will this effect to my profile. What should I choose that could not have a negative impact to my profile…?

You should never cancel an order as a seller. That will affect your growth in Fiverr and since you are in new seller level that might affect you a lot. For a new seller, every order is important.

But if you want to cancel the order due to some trouble like the buyer is requesting something which is not a part of the agreement or you cannot finish it within time, you can contact the buyer and talk with him. If you still want to cancel the order, you can ask the buyer from his end to cancel the order as that would affect less than you cancel the order.
