Fiverr Pro How do I get it?

Okay guys so I know that to become a Pro Seller I must submit a request. I took a look at this request and it seems preatty basic it makes you feel like anyone serious could be accepted.
Now my question is how do they decide if you are eligible or not for a PRO account ?
Ive been browsing the forum for the past few days and ive read a lot of stories of people with verry good professional background recieveing a rejection letter.And I am refering here about people with good edication people that have worked for companies etc.
From all I read it just makes this subject be a mistery for me .
I would love to know if anyone can help me with more details about this situation
I want to know if its even worth it bother to send a request for a pro account

It requires a lot of social-proof? Like for my nich over 5k in follwers on dribbble , so its a no no , lol
