I want to ask them, what they hired the influencer for and what their results were.

In particular, I want to contact buyers who gave low scores. Is this possible?

If there is a professional way to do it. Try your hand.

If not, the system might see you as a spam and you be dealt a flag. Just move on.

Research more on sales and psychology, you'd get your answer in little or no time.

You shouldn't!

Its an infringement of someone's professional privacy and why should someone share why they rated a seller in a certain way in the past?? 

Also, I'm not sure if buyers can text each other on the platform.
