Won't let me publish my gig

I made a gig for animating on roblox, and I go to click publish, no errors or anything it just loads for a bit and doesn't publish, I am a bit new to this so there is proably an obvious answer lol but I don't know

Thank you for this, I do have a video that is still pending, it says its under review, would that be why I cant upload it?

If it is under review, it could be one of the reasons.

Hello again, I just tried making a different one with logo design, no videos but exact same issue?

I was having the same issue since yesterday when my everything was completed but it was not publishing my gig,

than I opened my profile, went to settings...security and there I found that fiverr needed my phone number verification yet, once i verified it, gig instantly became active
