Account disabled then what about active orders

Hello Everyone,
I am really very upset since I hear that my account has been disabled by the customer support team. I don’t have any objection regarding this but I have mailed them to exactly mention the mistake I did.

But I have few questions regarding the same one of them is my account is having good amount of revenue in it and and very much in pending clearance.
And I too have many active orders few as a seller and two as a buyer.
Then can you please answer what about them, even one of them was delivered and the client was happy with the the final video but he was waiting for his team to discuss and all before leaving the review.
Fiverr team has cancelled my that order and rest are on going. Can you please tell me what about the orders I have placed as a buyer, will I get a refund? Or else the seller to whome I have ordered will get the upper hand.
