irishguy1
In the 9 years I’ve been a seller, I’ve never had much success responding to buyer requests. Partly, because the majority of requests are so open ended with few specifics. Since sellers are required to send a custom offer, how does one send an offer when the request is missing information?
uk1000
You can either not respond to requests that miss off vital info or if it’s just some missing info you could put conditions/limitations (or assumptions) on the offer. eg. “This offer is for x up to y” (where y is the limitation where the buyer didn’t specify enough info so you can just assume). eg. video duration/number of words/pages etc. Maybe you could add that they can contact you if it’s over y (or specify what the price for different amounts would be).
