Buyer not accepting the order!

Hi, i recently got an order and the buyer asked me to just replace the video background with their background image. I finished that work and delivered the file but after 2 days he wanted me to make transparent version of that video but didn’t mention that in the order but i did that anyways because it was in my gig package and delivered. Now today (3 day) he sent me a revision, he said “i need some time to download and check all the files, sorry for inconvenience”.Btw the file size is 13gb. I’m worried because its a big order ($150). Buyer’s profile reviews are pretty good tho. Will he eventually try to cancel the order and scam me?

Do you have any suggestion or experience to share?

First try to communicate with him in the respectable way then asked him to accept the order (you have to convince him). Or take screenshots and tell Fiverr CSs about your issue.
