Cancel order as seller

Hi! I’m a new seller, and I have a guy that purchased my gig, but, he didn’t send the requirements. I asked him to send his requirements in the messages, but no response.
Is there a way to cancel the order, and does it affect my rating? He isn’t online for 5+ days.

Just hold on.

The order will not start until the buyer send the requirements.

If you cancel the order, it will affect your gig

It’s been 4 days, and I have only 7 hours to deliver. He needed to send me a link, but he just spammed random characters as the requirement.

hey dastav.
Do not need to cancel the order. Just remind him of the requirements. actually i also face same issue. last month I got an order but the client did not place his requirements. I sent him 5 or 6-time message but he did not reply to me any single message. and I also contact C.S in Fiverr they told me to cancel the order and they are not sure about my id rating. At that time I decided to take it in a normal way. at last 13 days later he submitted his requirements. and I complete this order without any problem.
