I got level 1 but no order

I have got level 1. That was really a good news. But suddenly i was in some great problem. I was in hospital for few days. My grand pa died by accident and my pc was waste as i didn’t use long time. At least 2 month i didn’t work. After that i didn’t get any order. Still my impression and view click is green level. But no order. What should i do right now???
