Orders in queue error?

Hi, today i noticed that in various of my gigs i have negative numbers in orders iin queue, i attach a screenshot… anybody else have this same error in your gigs?

I too noticed that error in fact on monday the number of orders seemed to be more than what I actually had and today I delivered so many orders but my orders on queue still remained the same no idea whats going on.

I think it’s a technical glitch on Fiverr’s part because I’ve noticed it on my gig page, and a few other forum posters mentioned it in another thread.



Either that, or you’ve fallen through a tear in the space-time continuum where you’ve somehow achieved a negative amount of orders. 😉

Few days back, i had the same type of issue, orders in queue was showing 2 orders more than the actual. I contacted to the fiverr customer support and they fixed it 🙂

I saw someone who had -17 orders! Beat that. 😛

I think the negative sign means you have them in your queue, but you are late on delivering them. Also, it seams the system in a bit slow on updating the number.



If you think it’s affecting your reputation and your sales slowed down (which can happen for many unknowns)…yeah, contact support!
