Asked suggestions from a seller- Got Warning from Fiverr!

Is asking Suggestions from a top rated seller is Spam? I got a warning from Fiverr which says "our message was labeled as spam and blocked by our Trust and Safety team. USER won’t be able to see it. Im afraid that if it will affect my credibility and rating in Fiverr… Kindly help me to figure it out … Thank you in advance …

Is asking Suggestions from a top rated seller is Spam?

Yes it is spam. That’s not what the message inbox is for. The terms of service describe what to use the inbox message system for.

First of all “tips for sellers” category where you posted it is supposed to share tips from experienced sellers.

Secondly, OF COURSE ITS SPAM.
If you are not buying from a top rated seller and just asking him on how you can get more work on fiverr it is obviously spam and might affect his response time when it even has nothing to do with his service.

Please read fiverr TOS again, it’s all explained there. But I guess you didn’t bother to read it all but still signed it that you read it and understood

The above is from the Violations section of the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.

Make sure to carefully read and abide by the Terms of Service as a violation can risk your account.
