Extra amount deduced on bank transfer

Hey there.
Except for the 3$ that Fiverr charges, what extra amount might be charged when doing bank transfer through Payoneer?
And does this option for withdrawal causes the amount remained after deduction to direct our bank linked or there is some other work still in that to continue?

payoneer deducts usd 3 for quick withdrawal from fiverr to payoneer account, transfer will arrive within 2 hours.
payoneer deducts usd 1 for standard withdrawal from fiverr to payoneer account, transfer will arrive by 2 to 3 business days.
from payoneer to bank transfer, it’s free charge ! need time 2 business days.

Well, in my uderstading you are asking paynooer deduct extra money except 3$ to send into local bank account. no any extra charge its all free
