What to do with bad client communication?

I’ve recently been working many gigs and kept my rating absolutely perfect, but now I have a client I’m afraid will not give me a good review due to bad communication from their side.

They placed an order without contacting me first, which is no problem except that their requirements are so vague I simply don’t know how to proceed.

I have written them a kind message explaining the situation and that while I would try to work something out, I would appreciate it if they gave me some more guidelines. I send this message when the order was due in a day, they have been online since then, they just have not responded.

What do I do? The order is due in 6 hours and I do not want to leave/get a negative review for something like this. I even offered a solution, but no reply…
