The buyer is not responding, I want to cancel the order

I want to cancel an order because my buyer is no response to me and also have not more time.

So, If I cancel the order and buyer not accepted the cancel order then if the order will be automatically canceled. This is the process.

But I want to know if that will have happened then have any problem with my Fiverr account.
Please help, discuss what will be happened!

Contact CS directly, tell them that you want to cancel the order because the buyer is unresponsive. They will do it for you and it’s likely that it won’t affect you negatively (although there is no 100% guarantee).

PS Note that it might take CS hours to respond.
