How to monitor re-funding?

Hi, two months ago, An order’s payment was paid to me and I withdrawn that money. After that the buyer (due to some issues) cancelled the order (by Fiverr’s customer support) and the payment begin to refund to buyer. All my pending clearances one by one are going to buyer (after clearing) and that’s why my current balance at Fiverr’s is zero.
I want to know how to track that how much payment is refunded to buyer, and how much payment is to be refunded. If I get to know that, I could estimate easily. CUrrently, I have no way to monitor it, Fiverr’ Earning Page shows duplicates and triplets in the clearance list which are confusing.
